Very disappointed with our stay at Iru Fushi. The room looked nice but the I SPA bath was appaling and did not work correctly-we were told this the moment we checked in, mouse droppings found almost daily. The staff were by whole helpful but some were very rude including the Lady in charge who spoke to us when we left saying we should give them another chance-WHY? if you have paid good money for a quality holiday you expect good service – not rooms with mouse droppings-broken equipment and when we requested a quiet room had screaming children for 4 hours a day-WHO WOULD RETURN TO SUCH A POOR QUALITY RESORT? Never shall we return and Hilton is NOW down on our list of resorts worldwide as this was such a bad experience
